Your Crew

Our Production Team at our brand new factory in Linköping currently consists of about 30 dedicated individuals and is led by both Joakim and Thomas. We come from different backgrounds which allows us to complement each other and benefit from each other's experiences. Here we are a team that enjoys taking initiative and solving problems together. Your Mission

Are you passionate about technology and see the challenge in learning something new?

You will work in a team where you together are responsible for quality assuring an 8-axis AFP machine (Automated Fibre Placement) that lays carbon fiber precisely according to controlled parameters. The machine has a large work cell of 14x9 meters and you ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities range from operation and monitoring to some maintenance as well as pre- and post-processing.

Responsible for quality assuring an 8-axis AFP machine (Automated Fibre Placement).
The machine operates in a 14x9 meter work cell and lays carbon fiber according to exact parameters.
Monitors and controls the entire process to ensure high quality.
Performs pre- and post-processing as well as some maintenance of the machine.
Collaborates with other departments to optimize production.
Contributes to developing and improving processes in production.
Ensures compliance with safety procedures and quality requirements.
Works in various shifts as work outside of daytime may occur. For this position, we are primarily looking for someone who wants to work permanent night shifts or two shifts!

Your Story

Experience in the manufacturing industry and with controlled machines.
Passionate about technology and have a strong technical interest.
Experience in reading technical drawings.
Experience in composite layup is an advantage.
Experience working with cranes and computer skills are meritorious.
Detail-oriented and takes responsibility in my work, especially when handling sensitive materials.
Comfortable communicating and writing in both Swedish and English.
