About the position

As a property technician at Einar Mattsson, you will be offered a varied role with responsibility for the operation, supervision, and maintenance of properties in central Stockholm. You will work with both simple repairs and more advanced troubleshooting in technical systems, as well as manage work orders in digital systems.

The role also includes preventive and corrective maintenance, administrative tasks such as time registration and arrival certification, as well as close collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and other professional groups. You contribute to good customer relationships and ensure that work is carried out according to applicable agreements, laws, and quality requirements.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you have at least three years of experience as a property technician or in a similar technical role within installation or property management. You have good knowledge of property technical systems and practical experience in technical maintenance and repairs. You are accustomed to working in digital systems and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You communicate clearly and find it easy to create and maintain good relationships with colleagues, customers, and contractors. You are solution-oriented, enjoy problem-solving, and have a holistic perspective where your work contributes to well-maintained properties and satisfied tenants.
