Energy Coordinator (Consultant Assignment) – Stockholm

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced energy coordinator for a consultant assignment with one of our clients in the real estate sector. The assignment involves working with energy issues in both new construction and renovation projects, from early stages to handover to management.

You will play a central role in ensuring energy-efficient solutions and contributing to sustainable properties.

Responsibilities

As an energy coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate and drive energy issues throughout the construction process
• Support project managers in energy technical questions and energy calculations
• Ensure that projects meet laws, requirements, and guidelines
• Follow up, analyze, and verify energy performance
• Participate in procurements, inspections, and audits
• Work on energy optimization during operation and management phases

Qualifications

• University degree in energy, real estate, or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience
• Good knowledge of construction technology, HVAC, electrical and control systems
• Experience with energy calculation programs (e.g., IDA)
• Knowledge of laws and standards in construction and energy
• Experience with technical and economic analyses (e.g., LCC)
• Good computer skills
• Driver's license (B)
