Milessons Glas & Montage works with everything related to glass – from minor glass repairs to larger glass installations. We currently have 14 employees and are now looking for an engaged colleague for one of our projects.

We are based in Malmö but carry out assignments throughout Skåne. For us, well-being and job satisfaction are crucial, as they permeate both our work environment and the quality of our work. About the role

As a glazier/glass installer in this project, you will primarily work with planned tasks in condominium buildings. The project includes glass replacements and improvements to existing windows, focusing on quality, precision, and a professional approach towards residents.

The work is structured and follows a plan, but also requires accuracy, responsibility, and good teamwork skills. You will work independently or with colleagues and have daily contact with residents on-site.

Your main responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in practical and meticulous craftsmanship where quality and finish are crucial. The tasks are varied but clearly linked to the scope of the project.

You will, among other things:

• Replace and install glass in existing windows
• Adjust windows for improved opening/closing functionality
• Replace seals
• Install new, modified window frames
• Work in residential environments and interact with residents in a safe and respectful manner

Requirements

• Enjoys physical work
• Experience in the construction or craft industry
• Driver's license (B)
