The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with addiction. SiS Youth Home Hässleholm is a locked institution with four treatment departments, two departments for reception and needs assessment (MBB), and an open TFCO unit. We primarily receive school-age boys but also girls, who are involved in ongoing criminal activities and, in some cases, substance abuse.

Job Description

We are expanding our staff and are therefore looking for two new full-time cleaners for SiS Youth Home Hässleholm.

As a cleaner, you play an important role with us! Your work contributes to a positive image of public spaces and a good environment for everyone who uses the facilities. Your tasks include daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and floor care. The work is characterized by variation, flexibility, and at times a high pace. The job is physically demanding. Since the position was previously managed by an external company, you as a cleaner employed by us will receive completely new cleaning products and accessories to ensure that your work environment is the best possible. You will be part of the administrative team at the institution.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is flexible, service-oriented, meticulous, can work independently, and is responsible.

• You should enjoy working among people and be a collaborative person.
• You should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer.
• Experience in cleaning.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• A driving license (B) is an advantage.

Employment:

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. It is scheduled during daytime with regular hours between 08:00-16:30.

Start date according to agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously.
