We are looking for a new Head of Spares Support

Spares Support is a unit within Spares Services with a developing climate, great cohesion, and proactive people, and we hope you want to be a part of it.

Within Spares Services, we work with sales, purchasing, delivery, change/configuration management, and customer complaints regarding spare parts and repairs.

Your future challenge

As the Head of Spares Support, you will be the one who plans, leads, and follows up on deliveries and commitments within the unit. You are the engine in our improvement work and process work, as well as developing both the group and the services we offer, such as Obsolescence Management, Last Time Buy (LTB), Spare Parts Information (SPI). Your team consists of about 6-7 people, and you will also have budget responsibility and be part of the Spares Services management team.

The position may require occasional travel.

Who you are

We see that you have relevant academic education or other qualifications that can be deemed equivalent. You should have experience from a previous managerial role or have been in a leading project position. We also expect you to handle both Swedish and English in speech and writing. Knowledge of our vehicles and their systems/spare parts, as well as experience with our various business systems (SAP & ARAS), is an advantage.
