Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant or nursing assistant with us, you work closely with our residents and are an important part of the team. You ensure that residents receive the daily care and support they need. The work is based on individual needs, implementation plans, and the organization's guidelines and goals. Your tasks include helping and supporting the care recipient in their daily life, and you manage medication under the delegation of a nurse. Together with colleagues, you work to create a safe and pleasant environment. You contribute and participate in activities that promote health and well-being for each care recipient.

Qualifications

You are a trained care assistant or have previous work experience in care and support. Previous experience working with the elderly is a significant plus. We see that you are attentive and have the ability to create a positive atmosphere even in stressful situations. You have a respectful and professional demeanor and are service-oriented. As we want our workplace to be characterized by warmth, commitment, and collaboration, we value a positive attitude, good teamwork skills, and a genuine interest in people. Personal suitability is of great importance.

More About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Start date according to agreement.
