Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Operational Team Leader, you have the chance to drive the business forward with your commitment. Your main area of responsibility is to ensure smooth daily operations. This also includes travel across the country, and you will be responsible for being in contact with customers in consultation with the operations department. You play an important role in maintaining our operational standards.

Your Tasks

Be responsible for daily operations and ensure they are efficient and trouble-free.
Customer responsibility in consultation with the operations department.
Maintain a high level of service and quality.
Create a positive work environment for our employees.
Regularly report to the operations manager on the progress of the business.
Step in as a substitute and perform cleaning work as needed.
The team leader is responsible for all staff connected to the assigned customers. This includes leading, distributing work, and following up on staff tasks as well as their development and needs.
