Your mission as Team Leader:

• Ensure the quality of guest interactions and service in the Wellness department.
• Inform, update, and motivate staff and ensure that procedures are followed.
• Introduce new staff to our routines and the company's goals and values.
• Ultimately responsible in the absence of the Wellness Manager/Supervisor.

Who are you?

• Have a passion for service and sales.
• Be organized, strategic, and possess good communication skills.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to handle both calm and hectic situations with a smile.

Employment type: Permanent 75% Operations-based

Start date and salary: Mid-February or by agreement. Salary according to agreement.

Working hours mostly evenings and every other weekend.
