Are you a curious, technical person with high engagement who wants to work in a family-like and unpretentious environment? As we begin to import our own heat pump range from one of the world's largest manufacturers, we are now looking for two technicians who want to be part of our new venture.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will meet our customers through technical support primarily via phone regarding everything from commissioning to questions about products and functions.
The role also includes:

• Training and supporting installers during their work
• Handling warranty and service cases and communicating with insurance companies.
• Field visits as needed, where you support with problem-solving and technical assistance.
• Building relationships with customers and collaborating with the rest of the team to ensure the best possible service.
• Contributing to the development of our service and support with a personal and professional touch that sets us apart from the crowd.

This is a full-time position during the day with direct employment at HS Perifal in Falköping. Working hours are Mon-Thu 07:30-16:30 and Fri 07:30-16:00. The position is primarily on-site in Falköping, but a few trips during the year may occur.

Profile
We are looking for someone with technical high school qualifications or equivalent work experience. We view a few years of experience in technical support or installations positively, but the most important thing is a strong technical interest, a willingness to learn, and high engagement, as we will provide training and product education.
We prefer that you have good knowledge of Swedish and English as well as basic computer skills since we use MS Office, Lime, and Business Central in our operations. A driving license (B) is required.
