In this role as a CNC Operator, you will work on a lathe machine and process products with the high precision that comes with tight tolerance levels. You will set your machine according to finished programs, although these may require some adjustments for new series. Therefore, understanding of blueprint reading is required.

Your work will also include setting up for new jobs and checking your own work.

The product range at System 3R is extensive, and batch sizes are small, often 1–10 details, while 30–50 is considered unusual and counts as a larger batch. This requires flexibility and curiosity from you as an operator, as you constantly familiarize yourself with new drawings.

Your contact points in the role will be colleagues in production technology and the design department. System 3R manufactures its own developed products, and in the production facility in Vällingby, machining, hardening, spark erosion, grinding, inspection, laser marking, and assembly are performed. We welcome your openness to learn several machines in production.

Working hours: Evening shifts in the long term, daytime during the introduction.

Who are you?

• Technical education in CNC or several years of experience as a CNC operator
• Experience with lathes and/or 5-axis machines
• Good proficiency in blueprint reading
• Ability to perform self-inspection and quality assessment
• Experience in measurement and quality control with measuring instruments and visual assessment
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Problem-solving and initiative-taking
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
