About the Role

We are now looking for a Documentation Technician to join our documentation team. The team is responsible for updating, quality assuring, and refining technical information in relevant IT systems within the framework of facility projects, new connections, maintenance actions, and troubleshooting. Other administrative tasks include archiving, handling referral responses, damage management, and Ledningskollen.

We primarily use the NetBas system, Geab's documentation system (network information system) for electricity network and facility information.

Your Responsibilities as a Documentation Technician

As a Documentation Technician, you are responsible for ensuring that technical documentation is updated according to established processes within project activities and maintenance-related facility changes.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for updates and quality assurance of electricity network and facility information in our network information system. Updating the database regarding maintenance-related changes is also included in the responsibility.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education is desirable or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in technical documentation work.
• Experience with Netbas or other GIS systems is an advantage.
• Electrical knowledge is a plus.

As a person, we are looking for someone who is structured and has a knack for planning their work efficiently. Since you will have several different points of contact in this role, you need to enjoy collaborating with others to thrive. We also see that you can adapt your communication according to the recipient and that you can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You are meticulous and have a strong sense of responsibility for your tasks, setting high standards for quality.
