We are expanding our cleanup team - join us and make a difference for our west coast!

Do you love the sea, teamwork, and seeing tangible results from your work?

At CleanSea, we work year-round to remove plastic, ghost fishing gear, and harmful debris from the coast - all the way from Gothenburg to Strömstad. We are now looking for several cleanup operators who want to work 50–100% with beach cleaning along our fantastic west coast and, like us, are passionate about making a real difference. A job where you contribute every day to a cleaner and more vibrant coastal environment.

About the role

As a cleanup operator, you will work together in our team that:

• Conducts cleanups along beaches, cliffs, and islands to remove plastic, ghost fishing gear, and other debris from the sea and coast.
• Participates in planning and problem-solving in the field.
• Documents our work in the form of photos and videos that can be shared with our partners and stakeholders.
• Creates a positive atmosphere - both for colleagues and for the people we meet along the coast.

The work is physical, varied, and primarily takes place outdoors.

• Likes to work practically in nature by the sea in all weather conditions.
• Is responsible and contributes to the team's success together.

Meritorious

• Experience with boats is a big plus.
• Interest in, or willingness to learn, to operate our workboat (6 meters long).

Location:

We prefer that you are based in central Bohuslän, but it is not a requirement.

Scope:

The positions are 50-100% and can be shaped together by agreement.
