Stable Site Coordinator in Poultry Production

As a Stable Site Coordinator in poultry production, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our barn environments and ensuring the highest level of animal welfare, production efficiency, and biosecurity. You will be a key person in a modern broiler chicken production, where technology, work routines, and hygiene practices play a central role.

The role is suitable for those who want to combine practical work with animals, technical operations, data monitoring, and improvement work in a rapidly evolving industry.

As a Stable Site Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Perform daily supervision and care of the animals
• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of wood chip boilers
• Oversee and optimize the barn environment, including ventilation, temperature, humidity, light, etc.
• Follow up on production data (growth, feed consumption, mortality, water consumption, etc.) in digital systems
• Lead and plan preparations for stocking and unloading
• Collaborate primarily with primary production planners, veterinarians, and external parties
• Participate in improvement work regarding animal health, production results, and work environment

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in poultry barns or other animal production (preferable but not required)
• Understanding of biosecurity, infection control, and animal welfare legislation
• Basic technical competence
• Good computer skills and ability to work with digital production systems
• Good physical condition and ability to perform practical work daily
• Driver's license B (required)

• Structured, solution-oriented, and technically curious
• Motivated to create improvements and follow routines
• Strong in communication and good at collaborating
