About the Company

Elpro develops, designs, and manufactures control cabinets and electrical panels for Swedish and international customers. Since the beginning of 2020, we have been located in a brand new production facility at Tokebacka Industrial Area along E20 just outside Alingsås. Here we have over 3000 square meters of assembly space available.

Job Description

As an electrical assembler in our workshop, you will work in project form with larger or smaller projects and be responsible, together with the rest of the team, for the entire assembly to a finished and delivery-ready product. The work is carried out according to drawing documentation and instructions from our own design department or directly from the customer. With the help of this, you will assemble your electrical plate and perform the drilling of the cabinet. You will then assemble components, label and connect cables, and prepare and participate in testing the product. Packaging and packing for delivery is also part of the job.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for someone with previous work experience as a control cabinet assembler. You have an interest in technology, are quick to learn new things, and have a knack for getting things done while maintaining high accuracy and quality. You are open, handy, and not afraid to take on other tasks when needed. You have the right attitude towards work and work well in a team.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education from the electrical and energy program or equivalent education.
• Experience reading drawings.
• Previous experience in assembly; experience in control cabinet construction is a plus.

You will be employed as a consultant at NearYou and be assigned to Elpro. In the long run, there may be an opportunity to transition to permanent employment with the client. Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday.
