About the assignment

In this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant through Bemannia and leased to MediCarrier, the logistics partner for healthcare materials in the Stockholm region. The assignment suits those looking for a part-time job as needed, where you can step in when the business needs reinforcement.

The work is on an as-needed basis, and the working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, including public holidays that fall in the middle of the week. Shifts are scheduled between 06:15 - 22:45. There is an opportunity to work both single shifts and longer periods depending on needs and your availability.

Your tasks

You will work in the warehouse with picking and packing hospital materials for healthcare operations, with job rotation occurring between the warehouse's different departments. The work is performed using:

• Picking truck (A1)

• Voice control for an efficient and quality-assured workflow

The work requires high focus and great precision, and you must follow established safety and work routines.

It is essential that you work ergonomically correct based on the instructions you receive during the introduction and that each workstation is left in good condition.

You will work towards set goals and tight deadlines, both independently and in close collaboration with your shift team to achieve common results together.

Your qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written (able to understand and work according to written instructions)

• Have a high school diploma

• Have forklift training according to TLP10 (can present forklift license)

• Have documented experience with forklift A1–B4 (will be checked during selection)

• Have experience in warehouse work and forklift driving (picking truck)

• Work safely with a focus on safety aspects and a good work environment
