As a nursing assistant at the Solgården nursing home, you provide our elderly residents with the opportunity to manage their daily lives as independently as possible. You offer individual and secure care by working closely with the resident and their relatives, viewing the resident from a holistic perspective. You will perform certain medical care tasks based on delegation from a nurse. We place great emphasis on a good and situation-adapted approach, where you strive to go the extra mile in every interaction.

We work in teams around the resident with nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, activity coaches, and physiotherapists to provide health-promoting care of very high quality.

We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training and documented experience in similar work. You also have experience working in teams with nursing colleagues, nurses, and rehabilitation staff, always focusing on the best interests of the resident. It is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form, as the work requires communication and documentation.

The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period and a start date according to agreement.
