The role includes responsibility for commissioning, maintenance, component replacement, and emergency repairs of Vertiv's Thermal Management products and other contracted systems. The customers are within IT, data centers, and industry where Vertiv provides critical digital infrastructure. The job includes contact with both customers and partners in Sweden, the rest of the Nordics, and Europe.

The Swedish office is located in Stockholm, but we welcome applicants residing in Dalarna or Gästrikland to broaden our area for upcoming projects.

In addition to working at our customers' sites, an important part of the role is to provide both internal and external support based on expertise in cooling technology. To develop and maintain updated knowledge in the field, full internal support and relevant service training on Vertiv's product portfolio in cooling technology are offered. Close dialogue will occur between the scheduling team and department management.

As Vertiv's representative on-site, the goal is to promote Vertiv as a professional service provider.

Five years of experience working in a technical service environment with thermal equipment or similar is advantageous, but the right personality is equally important.

The role involves frequent travel, primarily within Sweden and the Nordics, but other travel may also occur.
