We are now looking for a driven Store Manager for ÖoB in Piteå!

ÖoB is taking Swedish retail to the next level. Together with Europris in Norway, we are creating a new low-price concept that combines a wide range of products, strong brands, and really good prices, all to give customers more for their money. As Store Manager in Piteå, you will have a central role where you lead the business towards profitability, create a strong customer experience, and develop an engaged team.

Your mission

As Store Manager, you have overall responsibility for the store's operations, sales, results, concept, and staff. The role combines operational presence with strategic focus, where change management is a central part.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in personnel management and store operations within retail or grocery, preferably from larger and more complex store environments. You thrive on leading with presence and participation in daily operations, while also having the ability to think strategically and drive development.

You are accustomed to a fast pace, order, and structure, as well as changing conditions. You have a business-driven and results-oriented work approach, combined with strong social skills and high integrity.

Your leadership is characterized by:

We see that you have:

• Several years of experience in a leadership position within retail or grocery.
• Experience in large-scale operations in complex store environments.
• The ability to combine operational presence with strategic responsibility.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
