Servly's development journey continues – and now we are taking the next important step. We are looking for a system-savvy and analytical Scheduler & Dispatch Specialist who wants to be involved from the start, with expertise to create the structure for how Servly works with scheduling. Here you will join an established company with high ambitions, but also in an environment where much is still being shaped. This is the role for you who wants to make an impact, drive development, and lay the foundation for how we work across the group moving forward.

About us

Servly is a brand-independent and leading player in the service and installation of household appliances, laundry rooms, heat pumps, and leisure products. With operations across the country, we meet the demand for professional service from private households, housing companies, and manufacturers. We are part of KEYTO Group, the leading player for services in and around the home. Within the group, we offer a wide range of services to simplify everyday life. Through our sister companies, we provide cleaning, appliance service, moving assistance, gardening, veteran services, and much more. The companies that currently make up KEYTO Group are Servly, Hemfrid, Veterankraft, Qleano, Fissa&Feja, Skura, Sinnesfrid, Meritum, and others.

About the role

In your daily work, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and dispatching our technicians. You ensure that the right competence is in the right place at the right time and create conditions for an efficient workday in the field. The pace can change quickly, and unforeseen events are a natural part of the job – here, a sharp system eye, secure prioritization ability, and a sense of structure are needed.

At the same time, you will become a key person in our larger development work. We are currently building common working methods across the group, where scheduling plays a central role. You will help develop routines, processes, and standards for how planning and resource management should function moving forward. Servly Group is facing a major implementation of Salesforce Field Service, and you will be involved from the start – as one of the people who tests, influences, and shapes how the solution should work in practice.

This is the role for you who thrives at the intersection of stable operations and future building – where both the details and the whole are equally important.

Key tasks:
  • Dispatch and manage resources in real-time – solve rebookings, deviations, and prioritizations
  • Plan, create, and quality assure daily and long-term schedules in our systems
  • Monitor the day's flow and ensure that the technicians have the right information and conditions
  • Handle changes and unforeseen events in a quick, analytical, and structured manner
  • Contribute to Servly's Salesforce Field Service implementation, e.g., by testing solutions, providing user feedback, and helping to shape working methods and processes
  • Collaborate closely with technology, customer service, and operations to create a stable and efficient daily delivery
  • Be an active part of the team in Jordbro and contribute to a work culture with order, precision, and team spirit
Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in scheduling, dispatching, or operational planning who thrives in a day-to-day environment where many parts are interconnected. You have previously worked in planning, order, or field service systems and easily understand logic, data flows, and how systems affect working methods in practice.

You are a person who likes order, is analytical, and can quickly set the right priorities when conditions change. You want to work both hands-on in operations and improve working methods over time – and you gain energy from creating structure, standards, and clarity in an environment where not everything is in place yet.

Key requirements
  • Experience working in scheduling, dispatching, or planning systems
  • Strong system proficiency and digital competence – you navigate quickly in multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience in planning, logistics, coordination, or resource management
  • Good analytical ability, understands connections, and can make decisions under changing conditions
  • Structured working methods and the ability to create order in a dynamic environment
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Desirable, but not required
  • Experience with Field Service systems (e.g., Salesforce Field Service, IFS, SAP FSM)
  • Experience from service, installation, or logistics operations
  • Experience working in organizations with a high pace of change
  • Driver's license (good to know but not a requirement)
