Wheel Loader Operator for Snow Removal – Staffing Assignment

Nordic Staffing & Recruitment AB, Region Central, is looking for three experienced wheel loader operators for snow removal during the winter season. This is a staffing assignment where you work as needed. To be eligible for the role, you must either be studying or have another main occupation of at least 50%. We are looking for someone who enjoys working practically outdoors and taking responsibility for operations and safety during snow removal.

Responsibilities:

• Plow and load snow with a wheel loader on roads, parking lots, and industrial areas.
• Ensure that the work area is safe and follow the client's routines and traffic regulations.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the machine and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with others in the team to prioritize and effectively solve snow removal tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant experience operating a wheel loader, preferably with a focus on snow removal.
• Valid driving license for the relevant machines and good knowledge of safety regulations.
• Practical, meticulous, and flexible attitude – willing to work shifts and, if necessary, evenings/nights.
• Good teamwork skills and communication abilities. Previous experience from similar assignments in public or private sectors is an advantage.
