This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at one of our clients in Sandviken.

Working with our client

As an industrial worker, you will have the opportunity to work for a world-leading global company in metal processing, machinery and tools, as well as technical solutions for the mining and construction industries. You will work in different departments with varying tasks, such as assembly, welding, painting, or working as a process operator. Forklift driving may also occur in your daily work, providing a dynamic and varied work environment.

• Start: Future needs
• Employment type: 6-month temporary position with a chance of extension
• Working hours: Working hours vary, and we prefer that you can work everything from 2-shift to 5-shift.

Are you the right person for the job?

This job is perfect for you who are proactive, engaged, and enjoy taking responsibility. To succeed in the role, you need to be cooperative, flexible, and curious to learn new things. A strong safety mindset is crucial in daily work. If you have experience in industrial work, it is an advantage, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position.

We are looking for someone who

• Masters Swedish in speech and writing
• Has a driver's license and access to a car
• Has industrial experience

It is considered advantageous if you have

• Forklift license
• Truck license
• Completed a technical education
• Previous experience from the industry
• CNC training or equivalent experience
• Ultrasound experience

We have collective agreements, with everything that entails regarding insurance, occupational pension, and union relations. What differs is that you will be employed by us but work on various assignments for our clients.
