Blekinge Läns Tidning is now looking for summer substitutes for the editorial offices in Karlskrona, Karlshamn, Ronneby, Sölvesborg, and Olofström. Come and work with us!

Description: BLT actively works with more in-depth and explanatory journalism, putting news in context, providing a broader picture, and helping readers understand their surroundings. We have also strengthened the web editorial team to further sharpen our digital journalism. You will contribute by providing our readers with the latest news on blt.se and launching our journalism on social media.

Responsibilities: Our premium reporters have different areas of expertise – region, municipality, entertainment & culture, local reporting, business, and crime. As a premium reporter, you will contribute to the daily production in consultation with the news managers. You should have good general knowledge and a solid understanding of how society works. We also expect you to have a good sense of what issues are important to people living in Blekinge, especially those under 40. You should have good stylistic ability and be open to new narrative techniques.

As an online reporter, you will update blt.se and our social media, focusing on journalism for the audience under 40. You should be able to work under strong time pressure and be prepared to handle our live feed, film, and report live on-site during major news events.

Qualifications: Ongoing/completed journalism education and/or editorial experience. Experience in web TV production is a plus.

Conditions: B driver's license.

Working hours: The working hours involve daytime and/or evening and weekend shifts.
