Process Operators for the Feed Factory in Västerås

The feed factory in Västerås belongs to the Agricultural Division's production organization. Here we produce approximately 210,000 tons of feed annually for cows, laying hens, and pigs. We are now looking for two process operators who want to become an important part of our operations.

Your Role

As a process operator, you will work in a varied role where you participate in daily production and raw material handling. You will monitor and oversee processes to ensure that production flows as it should and maintains the right quality. You will actively contribute to improvement work regarding safety, quality, and efficiency, as well as participate in both internal and external audits.

The role also includes work with risk assessments, hygiene work, and handling deviations, complaints, and HACCP work. You will work closely with your colleagues in the shift team and contribute to a safe and stable production.

What You Need to Succeed and Thrive

You have:

• Completed high school or relevant work experience with similar tasks
• Experience from working in a production environment with controlled processes
• Good IT skills and experience working with production-related IT systems
• The ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and procedures
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Driven and take initiative in your daily work
• Quality-conscious and responsible
• Communicative and collaborate well with others
• Self-sufficient with a good ability to plan your workday

The positions are two permanent employments with an initial probationary period. The working hours for these two roles are 3-shift and 2-shift. Weekend work is included. The work location is Västerås, and you will report directly to the feed operations manager in Västerås.
