We also have our own product development where we own brands like Waterclouds, Grazette, and Happy Crazy Mine, as well as our own training operations in everything from cutting techniques to color theory – not to mention all our product training. ✂️ You hear – we are investing in our hairdressing business and are always on the lookout for new talents who want to help develop our future in beauty!

Of course, we want to offer our customers the very best, and that’s where you come in! For our salon in the Vansbro store, we are now looking for trained hairdressers who are great at cutting, coloring, and styling hair but who also see opportunities beyond that. Perhaps fixing hair for our events or helping to promote our products at launches?

The position is a one-year temporary contract with a workload of 65%. Of course, we follow the hairdresser agreement and in addition, we offer extra sales commission and the possibility of a store bonus. What does a hairdresser do at Lyko? We are located next to our newly expanded warehouse in Vansbro, and as a hairdresser here, you can really take advantage of the large customer flow. We see your starting point in the salon, but also the opportunity to be out in the store where you can assist our customers - guide, showcase the latest tools, products, and trends when it comes to hair.

As part of our marketing, we also sponsor many exciting events. As a hairdresser, this means there is an opportunity to represent Lyko at both fashionable ELLE galas, partner events, or styling for the photo shoot of the cross-country ski team. We are looking for you ... ... who wants to create a WOW experience beyond the ordinary for every customer! Who wants to hang out, socialize, and get to know our customers deeply, and always puts the customer's hair and well-being first. As a person, you are confident in your professional role and keep yourself updated on new trends in the industry.

Background and qualities you need to have:

• Education and experience in hairdressing (merit with journeyman's certificate)
• Trend awareness and used to keeping up with the latest in the industry
• Broad product knowledge – all to be able to recommend a unique combination of products tailored for each customer.
