JOB DESCRIPTION

The role of study and career counselor involves working with issues related to guidance conversations regarding orientation choices, individual choices, and other areas concerning students' high school years, guidance conversations about post-secondary studies, as well as other common tasks such as study conversations, participation in parent meetings, and other information for students. The role also includes having an active role in the student health work at the school.

The position encompasses three units: Wämöskolan, International School of Karlskrona, and Aklejaskolan. You will be based at Wämöskolan and ISK, which share facilities. Therefore, you need to be able to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree and completed study and career counseling education.

Driver's license B is required.

You should also have documented experience from study and career counseling assignments.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to organize and structure work effectively. You are good at prioritizing tasks and coordinating resources to achieve short- and long-term goals.
