We manage a variety of state-owned properties – including government buildings, courts, castles and royal estates, theaters, museums, embassies, and one-seventh of the country's area consisting of forests and land.

The property area SFV Ulriksdal manages, among other things, the royal castles of Ulriksdal, Haga, Rosersberg, Strömsholm, Gripsholm, and Tullgarn, along with associated castle areas and parks, as well as several other buildings in the Stockholm area, Södermanland, and Västmanland. We are over 35 people working at SFV Ulriksdal.

We are now looking for someone who wants to work with property operations in the areas of Ulriksdal and Haga.

Your role

You will be part of a knowledgeable team consisting of park technicians, technical managers, administrative assistants, property managers, and operations managers. You will carry out the ongoing work with operations in Ulriksdal and Haga.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Daily supervision and maintenance
• Media monitoring, energy and operational optimization
• Systematic fire protection work
• Corrective maintenance of, among other things, HVAC systems, substations, fan rooms, cooling systems, and pellet and bio-oil boilers.

In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues and have daily contact with our tenants. You will work with culturally historic buildings, and therefore you will adhere to the specific requirements that exist in the area.

On-call duty is included in the position.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with education in operational technology or equivalent, or comparable knowledge from working life. You also have:

• several years of experience in operations and maintenance from the role of operations technician or equivalent where you have worked with tenants,
• the ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing, and
• a B driver's license since on-call duty is included in the position.

It is an advantage if you have:

• training as a facility caretaker for fire alarms and
• electrical authorization

Employment form: The position is a permanent full-time employment. SFV applies a 6-month probationary period.

Possibility of remote work: There are limited opportunities for remote work in the role of operations technician.
