About the Assignment

We are looking for a warm, cheerful, and creative babysitter with fluent Swedish skills.

The shifts are scheduled at least once a week, with each occasion lasting a minimum of 2.5 hours. We view this as a long-term relationship and are looking for someone who is available for at least 3 months. Please note that you should have another primary occupation as this is only a part-time job. Upon hiring as a babysitter at Upgrades, we require a criminal record extract.

In addition to babysitting, Upgrades also offers language training. We are continuously looking for creative and motivating language coaches for children and teenagers. This is an additional opportunity for those who wish to have multiple assignments and are passionate about teaching languages.

Your Profile

As a babysitter at Upgrades, you are engaged, playful, and have creative ideas on how to incorporate language into babysitting.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Naturally responsible, patient, and safety-conscious
• Genuinely interested in childcare and language
• Reliable, secure, and professional
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish

It is a merit if you have previous experience or knowledge in speech pedagogy / children's language development.
