About the assignment / Om uppdraget

An English-speaking family in Frösunda with three children (2, 2 & 3-4 years) wishes to receive help with babysitting 3-4 times a week from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The duties include picking up from preschool, dinner, evening routines, and bedtime.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and for a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

When you start working as a babysitter with us, we can offer you a fun and meaningful part-time job with good conditions since we have a collective agreement.

You will also receive:

• Nanny certification course where you learn more about the babysitting job
• Child CPR course
• Insurance to and from work and during work
• We want a salary structure that feels good for all skill profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Additional pay for unsocial hours and holiday pay
• Opportunity for a fixed agreement with guaranteed hours
• Opportunity for continued work within the group

When employed as a babysitter with us, we require a criminal record extract.
