CEO

Do you want to lead a reputable company into the future? We are looking for an engaged and business-driven CEO who wants to take Ahlberg Bil to the next level. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the entire operation – from purchasing and sales to personnel, budget, and results.

The Assignment

We are looking for a leader who wants to continue developing Ahlberg Bil and drive the business towards continued growth and profitability. In recent years, the company has undergone extensive work on organizational structure, processes, and profitability focus, resulting in clear outcomes in both soft and hard measurement areas.

As CEO, you will have full responsibility for the operation, including purchasing, sales, personnel, budget, and results. You will also be partly responsible for the administrative and supporting functions within the group. By continuing to develop the offering to customers and creating an attractive and developing work environment, you will drive the company forward with a focus on efficiency, simplicity, and good profitability.

The role involves leading and coordinating the strategic, tactical, and operational work. A central part is to ensure that the organization, processes, and working methods are optimized for strong financial and qualitative results. To succeed, documented experience in initiating and driving profitable improvement and development work is required.

Your leadership is warm and inclusive. You create clarity around goals, key figures, and expectations – both in the short and long term. Through structured follow-up and close collaboration with your managers, you create understanding and drive the work towards set goals and budget. You are responsible for budget, cost monitoring, and prioritization to optimize resources and achieve goals regarding volume, quality, sales, as well as customer and employee satisfaction.

You have the formal responsibilities that come with a CEO role and report the development of the operation to the group CEO and board. The position is preferably located in Karlshamn, but you will frequently move between our facilities in your daily work.

Profile

We are looking for a confident, action-oriented, and business-minded leader with experience from a similar managerial role within the automotive industry. You have worked with goal management and have a good understanding of the whole operation – from quality and logistics to marketing, purchasing, and sales. Experience from larger organizations and familiarity with reporting is a prerequisite.

In addition to your business acumen, we seek a leader with a warm and inclusive leadership style. You prioritize the success of the organization and the team over your own, create security, and give others space to grow and take responsibility. Your leadership style is characterized by humility, presence, and clarity.

At the same time, you have a modern, data-driven approach where decisions are made based on factual grounds supported by facts and analysis. You combine human warmth with analytical sharpness – and understand when to listen, when to challenge, and when to make decisions.

We are looking for someone who combines financial understanding and development focus with an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of responsibility. You likely have a university degree or equivalent relevant background, as well as good system skills, particularly in the Office suite. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities.

We Offer

We offer a developing and inspiring assignment in a successful company with strong future prospects, a stable and long-term ownership structure, and an attractive business offering. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results – together with a competent team in a changing industry.

Ahlberg Bil is part of a growing group. Currently, we have our sister companies Toyota Sydost and Nordic Cars within the group. The ambition is to continue growing to become a strong and attractive partner.
