We are looking for a qualified property caretaker. You will work together with a supervisor to manage several of our maintenance objects.

Job Responsibilities:

The position will consist of regular property caretaker work.

Patrolling properties. Independently plan and carry out repairs for tenants or condominium owners. Packing of faucets. Clearing drains. Other common tasks typically performed by property caretakers.

Workplace:

The work will be carried out at our various clients' addresses throughout the Stockholm area. Initially, the work will be based in Fruängen.

Qualifications:

You have worked for several years as a property caretaker and have a good understanding of various problems and common tasks.

Special skills in e.g. plumbing or electrical work are advantageous.

You should have a broad general technical competence.

Personal suitability is very decisive, not just documented background.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

Good knowledge of Swedish is essential as we work a lot with personal customer contact and reporting via handheld devices.

Duration:

The position is a full-time position.

We apply a probationary period of 6 months.
