Technical Communicator at Berg Marin

Responsibilities

As a technical communicator at Berg Marin, you will be a key player in our projects. You will be the one who brings details, technology, and functionality into clear and usable documentation – something that is crucial for our customers' installation, operation, and maintenance.

You will:

• Gather technical information from data sheets, manuals, shipyards, project managers, and technicians
• Structure and transform complex information into logical and easily understandable documentation
• Create manuals, descriptions, spare parts documentation, and training materials
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to both quality and progress.

This is a role where you will work closely with technology – but also with the people who actually use it.

We are looking for someone who is an educated technical communicator or technical writer and who has preferably worked in the field for some time. If you have experience from marine or industrial operations, we see it as a big plus.

We see that you are used to communicating with both technical and non-technical roles. You are a person who enjoys and has the ability to create structure, and you thrive on diving into technical details to create order and understanding. You drive your work forward and ensure that what you deliver is of high quality.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Travel to our shipyards around Sweden is included in the position, so you need to have a driver's license and the ability to travel about 20 days/year.
