We are looking for a coordinator for Workplace Testing with administration, sampling, training, recruitment, and coordination as main tasks. Ljung & Sjöberg

Ljung & Sjöberg AB is an industry leader in alcohol and drug testing, gambling addiction, and codependency in the workplace.

We have three main areas:

- Identification and rehabilitation of employees in the business sector - Alcohol and drug testing services - Residential activities

We have offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Piteå, and Sundsvall, but our service is national. The company has repeatedly been awarded Dagens Industris Gazelle Prize and Veckans Affärers Super Company Prize.

We now need an employee who can operate in Stockholm. Note that the position is both office-based and field-based at client companies. Location: Stockholm and surrounding areas.

Your tasks will vary and will include:

Sampling • Sampling for random testing, pre-employment testing, and other reasons for sampling. • Provide support during sampling activities where multiple samplers are required and urgent cases arise. Coordination • Plan and coordinate sampling cases and act as a link between the client and the samplers. • Coordination and follow-up of hourly employed samplers Administration related to sampling • Sample result administration • Administer pre-employment tests • Ongoing documentation in the client database regarding the progress of the case. It should clearly indicate where in the process the sampling case is and upcoming activities. • Ensure that client information is updated and communicated to relevant parties. • Ensure and follow up that agreed tests are conducted with assigned clients. • Ensure correct invoicing of workplace tests. Invoicing occurs continuously, weekly, and monthly. • Direct deviant workplace tests to MRO (Medical Review Officer) for further processing. • Follow our existing process for all cases and report deviations if they occur. Training • Training, follow-up, and evaluation of subcontractors and the own network of samplers. • Ensure that the sampler network has relevant sampling materials.

Your qualifications: You are a “DOER” and a person who works in a structured manner, has good organizational skills, and is comfortable with administration and digital tools. You enjoy taking initiative and having responsibility. You are flexible and like solving problems, and you thrive in a creative and stimulating environment with deadlines. It is important that you are comfortable contacting other people and are driven by providing good service. You are confident and clear in your communication. Integrity is a guiding principle for you. You, as a candidate, have at least a high school education. If you also have a healthcare education, experience in addiction care, or have worked with public health, it is an advantage. Since the position involves travel days, you as a candidate should be prepared for inconvenient working hours.
