We at StudentConsulting are now looking for a field operator for our client's facility in Norrköping for the summer season of 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an organization that focuses on improving resource utilization and contributing to a greener future.

What you will do:

As a field operator, you will be an important part of the production of fuel ethanol and protein feed. You will work to steer the production facility towards set goals through continuous improvements and basic maintenance. Your work includes monitoring and controlling production from the control room, conducting rounds, and keeping the facility clean and efficient according to established routines.

You will also be part of the team that identifies and solves technical problems and helps to enhance workplace safety through your proactive engagement. Contributing to a safe and efficient work environment is an important part of your role.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications and characteristics:

For this role, it is an advantage but not a requirement to have a technical high school education or a process technician education. Experience from a similar role within the process industry with shift work is also highly meritorious, as well as experience with production-related IT systems. You should have basic computer skills and the ability to understand production-related IT systems. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement.
