We are now looking for a beauty expert for our Depart.a.mental store at Arlanda – an exciting role for those who love beauty, customer contact, and sales.

About the role

As a beauty expert with us, you are the face of the store and a central part of the customer experience.

Depart.a.mental is a concept store with a unique atmosphere, personal service, and a curated selection in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. We are now looking for more engaged individuals to join our team at Arlanda.

About the assignment

This is a freelance position where you invoice for completed shifts.

You can use a self-employment service (e.g., Frilans Finans or equivalent) or invoice through your own company, the choice is yours.

As a seller/contractor with us, you will meet travelers from all over the world and offer personal service, product knowledge, and inspiration.

The shifts vary during the store's opening hours (05:00–22:00), and you choose which shifts you want to take.

The estimated workload is 20–30 hours per week.

Start: immediately.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in retail sales (preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle).
• Enjoys varied days and meeting people.
• Has an interest in beauty, fashion, and current trends.
• Is comfortable in fast-paced environments (Arlanda is dynamic!).
• Preferred: experience in creating content for social media.

Examples of tasks:

• Meet, guide, and inspire customers
• Present products and brands
• Assist in the purchasing process via our digital POS system
• Maintain the store's visual standards
• Take shifts during store opening hours (morning/evening/weekend)
• Perform simple opening or closing tasks according to Arlanda's procedures

Practical information

Role: Contractor (self-invoicing)

Compensation: hourly rate + compensation levels for evening/weekend + vacation pay

Location: Stockholm Arlanda Airport
