FF Property Services assists housing cooperatives with property management, financial management, and property maintenance. We are a company that has developed since 1976, with roots from the Property Employers' Association, which later became Almega. FF has a strong value foundation where we care about the relationship with our employees and clients. FF has short decision-making paths and low overhead costs, and with a strong and streamlined organization, we can maintain close dialogue and communication with suppliers, customers, and staff. We have many years of experience in the company and many contracts that have been in place since the 70s that we still manage today.

We are growing and need to strengthen our field staff. Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work primarily with stair cleaning and office cleaning. The job involves being out in our clients' properties and being our face to the outside world.

Your work is important to us and our clients. To succeed in the role, we see that you are responsible, meticulous, and have good social skills. If you are also solution-oriented and good at taking initiative, that is a bonus!

Qualifications:

• Driver's license B
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in similar work is an advantage.
