About the Position

We are currently looking for a team leader for one of our clients in Karlskrona within production!

In this role, you will lead and distribute work, plan projects, and participate in daily check-ins. You will ensure that production meets quality requirements and procedures while supporting and developing employees in their daily work.

Working hours: Daytime
Start: By agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with relevant leadership experience and basic knowledge of occupational health and safety. You value everyone's worth, are good at handling conflicts, and are not afraid to make decisions. Furthermore, you have previously worked in industry and production. You also have good computer skills.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, solution-oriented, goal-oriented, flexible, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. We continuously review incoming applications and only contact those who meet the application requirements. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!
