We are looking for a Project Administrator for our construction project in Luvika!
Do you want an important role in our construction project where you can combine structure, collaboration, and responsibility? We are looking for a project administrator who wants to help create order and quality in our workplace – from project start.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare KMA binders and establishment
- Administer the registration of personnel and subcontractors
- Update project systems (e.g., IBinder, Dalux)
- Participate in environmental and occupational health work (EcoOnline, spot checks, rounds)
- Compile documentation for final consultations
- Support site management in daily operations
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administration, preferably in construction
- Is structured, self-driven, and communicative
- Has good computer skills and enjoys keeping track of details
- Has good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
