Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Strängnäs municipality with a total portfolio of approximately 288,000 square meters of premises and housing. We aim to be a good landlord for all our tenants and offer good business premises and housing with a high level of service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work primarily consists of the maintenance and upkeep of the outdoor environments at both Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB, such as weeding, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, trimming, cleaning, etc. There will also be supervision work in environmental houses, basements, and laundry rooms, as well as repair and maintenance work on outdoor equipment. The properties should convey a well-maintained and inviting impression. Clean, neat, and safe.

QUALIFICATIONS

Your background/experience:

• Previous experience in green space maintenance and/or education in the area is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Manual B driver's license.
