Trafikverket is looking for four (4) warehouse operators as temporary resource reinforcement within the Purchasing and Logistics area. The assignment is 100% and is located at Production Nässjö, where you will work in Trafikverket's facilities. The purpose is to ensure that production meets its delivery times and that the material flow operates according to orders. The assignment covers the entire chain from goods reception to delivery.

As a warehouse operator, you support Trafikverket's Purchasing and Logistics area by ensuring that the material flow works from incoming goods to deliveries.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Goods reception and inspection of incoming materials
• Picking orders for delivery to contractors
• Cable winding
• Compiling piece goods and booking time slots and batch trucks
• Loading and unloading materials
• Participating in annual inventories of E-L, F-P, and national warehouses across the country
• Following Trafikverket's regulations and safety procedures for Production Nässjö
• Contributing to meeting delivery times and ensuring that orders are delivered with the correct content
• Reporting any systematic deficiencies according to internal procedures

Mandatory requirements

All requirements must be clearly stated in the CV, including periods, assignments, scope, and responsibilities.

1. Completed upper secondary education or an education/experience that Trafikverket deems equivalent.
2. Possess a driver's license for passenger cars.
3. Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
4. Be meticulous, structured, and proactive.
5. Have the ability to work independently while also being good at collaborating.
6. Have at least two (2) years of experience in warehouse work involving pallet/picking management in shelving with order/picking management handled in a data system.
7. Have a forklift license A-B and good knowledge of forklift types including picking, counterbalance, and reach trucks.

Assignment information

The contract is valid from 2026-04-01 to 2026-10-31.

Option: The client has a unilateral right to extend the contract period by up to two (2) months.

Scope: The estimated workload for the assignment is 100% of the annual working hours, amounting to 1,700 hours.

The stationing location is Nässjö with a requirement for physical presence on site. There may be occasional travel related to the annual inventory of national warehouses.
