Do you want to work on creating pleasant and well-maintained residential areas? Welcome to become a part of our team in the property service department at Tunabyggen!

We are looking for someone who can perform basic tasks in outdoor environments, such as lawn mowing, leaf blowing, hedge trimming, and cleaning. We also seek individuals with experience and/or education in park maintenance who can take responsibility for tree pruning, planting, weeding, and some work planning.

The tasks vary, and simpler property maintenance may also occur.

The employment is a seasonal position for six months starting in April 2026.

We are looking for someone with basic education in gardening and/or other skills that we consider equivalent. You have previous relevant practical work experience, preferably from lawn mowing in municipal operations, sports, or golf course facilities.

We also seek individuals with education in gardening/landscaping or park maintenance and/or other skills that we consider equivalent. You have previous relevant practical work experience, preferably from park maintenance or similar.

To succeed in the role, we want you to have a sense of service, an interest in outdoor environments, and a desire to keep our residential areas clean and tidy. You have an easy time communicating and interacting with people. You need to have good physical condition as the work involves physically demanding tasks.

You are part of a team, and it is important that you are attentive and have good collaboration skills. You also enjoy working independently when needed.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

A B driver's license is required for the position.
