Workshop Worker at Saab in Huskvarna

Your Role

As a workshop worker at Saab, you will work with deburring and polishing components made of aluminum, stainless steel, and sometimes titanium. The work is performed using grinding machines and under a microscope with 10x magnification to ensure the highest possible precision. You will follow a detailed flowchart for each component and contribute to the manufacturing of components for advanced systems where every detail is crucial.

You will be part of a skilled and cohesive team where accuracy, technical knowledge, and collaboration are central.

Your Responsibilities

• Deburring and polishing metal components
• Working with grinding machines and microscopes
• Following detailed work instructions and flowcharts
• Ensuring high quality in every step

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys practical work. You are methodical, patient, and used to working concentrated for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in reading technical drawings
• Previous experience in workshop work or similar
