Automation Technician at Elgiganten

We are now looking for an experienced and driven automation technician for Elgiganten, one of the most modern logistics centers in the Nordics. This position is a recruitment, which means you will be directly employed by Elgiganten, but the recruitment process is handled by us.

About the Role

The position is full-time and involves working in 2 shifts (day/evening). Night work may become relevant in the future. You will start with a 6-month probationary period.

Your main tasks will be to:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment
Carry out improvement work, repairs, and modifications
Compile failure reports and shift logs
Be involved in installation work, facility maintenance, and cost-saving measures
Maintain ongoing contact with production and other departments to ensure correct priorities
Follow applicable guidelines regarding health, environment, and safety
Contribute to good order and general operations within the department

We are looking for someone who has:

High school education, preferably in technology (e.g., electrical, mechanical, automation)
4–7 years of relevant work experience in technical maintenance or automation
Driver's license (B)
Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have post-secondary technical education in mechanics, electricity, or automation
