Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take care of all types of waste for Stena's customer in the pharmaceutical industry, which you will do together with your team that also works on-site with the customer. The job involves moving and emptying recycling containers such as garbage bins, smaller vessels, and containers, as well as handling hazardous waste. The purpose is to ensure that the customer's operations and production have flawless waste management, which makes your service and quality towards customers and colleagues vital.

The position is physically demanding, which means there may be heavy lifting and dirty work, but of course, you will have aids, tools, and relevant protective equipment to assist you.

The position is on an as-needed basis during peak work periods, vacations, and sickness, so it is important that you can be flexible in your daily routine as requests may come on short notice. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00.

Your Profile

To be considered for the role, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50% (i.e., studies, job, own business, etc.).

This position is suitable for you if you enjoy physical work in a fast-paced environment. As a person, you are self-driven and meticulous in your work and have an easy time collaborating. We also see that you possess good service skills since the job involves meetings with many different people and customers. You are used to taking responsibility and working independently, but you collaborate just as well with others. Furthermore, we see that you have good communication skills and enjoy having many points of contact, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Have another primary occupation of at least 50%.
• Work experience from industry, service, or other physically demanding jobs.
• At least a high school education or equivalent.
• Driver's license (B).
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Forklift license.
