About the position

This is a consulting assignment for 6 months with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is stated that NOTE Lund intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. This provides both you and NOTE Lund a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.

This warehouse worker position is located in Lund, where they have a factory with about 100 employees. They focus on high precision, sustainability, and customized solutions, making them a reliable partner in electronics production.

Job responsibilities

In the role of warehouse worker at NOTE Lund, you will be responsible for the company's deliveries and ensure that each delivery reaches the customer correctly and efficiently. Together with your colleague, you will pack and ship goods, handle customs and freight documentation, and book transports. You will work with the entire process around deliveries, from registering and confirming customer orders to following up to ensure that all goods are handled in a structured and safe manner.

The role also involves customer contact regarding orders and deliveries, where you contribute to a professional and smooth service experience. Additionally, you will participate in developing and streamlining the company's freight and transport flows and ensure that applicable logistics and freight agreements are followed.

• Responsible for deliveries and handling freight and customs documentation

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed and approved high school diploma
• Experience in warehouse work or logistics
• The position requires a forklift license
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
