Working as an Anesthesia Nurse with Us:
As an anesthesia nurse at Operationskonsulterna, you will work in operating departments at large regional hospitals or private clinics throughout Sweden. You can naturally choose where you want to work among our assignments. With us, you need to be confident in your professional role and have extensive experience working as an anesthesia nurse.

About You:
The work as a specialist nurse in surgery is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, and it aligns well with the company's role as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. Those of us working at Operationskonsulterna have an average of about 19 years of specialist experience, and we set the highest competence requirements in the staffing industry. This means that you, as an Operations Consultant, often belong to those in the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to find it natural to share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues. Mentoring students and new colleagues is part of the job responsibilities.
