About the Position

We are currently looking for a welder for our client in Värnamo. We prefer that you live in the surrounding area, as the position is intended to transition into employment with the company after the hiring period.

You will be part of a close-knit team of about 5 people where there is a lot of openness. If you thrive in an environment with varied tasks and many projects, where no day is the same, you might be the person we are looking for. If you also have an interest in tinkering and fixing things in your spare time, do not hesitate to apply for this position.

Your main tasks will involve working as a manual welder in MIG/MAG, MMA, and also TIG. You are skilled in reading blueprints, have a good sense of order, and possess broad experience in workshop tasks, including cutting, grinding, drilling, assembly, bending, and rolling. Time reporting is done continuously in the MPS system Monitor.

We also consider it a merit if you have:

Forklift training
Overhead crane license
Hot work (valid)
Welding certification

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Mon-Thu 06:30-16:00, Fri 06:30-13:00.

Your Profile

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites. We continuously work with incoming applications and only contact those who meet the application requirements.

A B driver's license is a requirement for this position.

Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required.

A practical test of blueprint reading and welding skills will be conducted before employment.
