We are now looking for several seasonal workers for the parish cemeteries in Hedemora, Husby, Långshyttan, Garpenberg, and Stjärnsund.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We offer a varied and stimulating job in an outdoor environment where you will have the opportunity to contribute to making our cemeteries a place for reflection and recreation.

The work includes all types of green space maintenance such as lawn mowing, trimming, flower bed care, planting flowers, hedge trimming, and leaf collection, among others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or post-secondary education in horticulture or relevant work experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
• Familiarity with equipment such as lawn mowers and grass trimmers.
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least an AM driving license, preferably a B driving license.
• Certification or equivalent for loaders, brush cutters, and chainsaws is an advantage.
• The work is physically demanding, so good physical fitness is important. We work outdoors in all weather conditions.

The job involves meeting visitors, relatives, and especially those in mourning. We place great importance on personal suitability in these situations.
