We are looking for a curious backend developer that is passionate about or eager to learn functional programming. We believe that functional languages and immutability create code that is more fun to write, easier to read and simpler to maintain. Our backend stack is a microservice architecture driven by Clojure, MongoDB and Docker.

Timezynk is a fully-remote company, where you will primarily work from home. Collaboration is at the core of what we do, which is why we leverage remote mob and pair programming, along with daily huddles on Slack and Google Meet, to stay connected.

About three times a year, we gather for workshops, food, fun, and games. Between these gatherings, we encourage team members to visit each other and collaborate on projects in small groups (2-3 people).
