About the job: We are looking for a skilled and self-driven cleaning supervisor who wants to work night shifts. The work is scheduled both on weekdays and weekends at night.

Who are you?

• Have documented experience in a leadership position in hotels or cleaning services
• Self-driven and good at taking initiatives
• Cooperative and reliable
• Have previous experience in hotel cleaning and night cleaning in Sweden
• Positive, resourceful, loyal - and not afraid to work hard when needed!
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for details
• Organized and structured in your work approach
• Have clear and coaching leadership focused on results
• Communicative and can express yourself fluently in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Have a service-minded attitude and a natural sense for guest experience

Meritorious:

• Experience in spa hotels in Sweden
• Car and driving license

• Cleaning together with the cleaning team
• Planning, scheduling, and time reporting of staff
• Leading and developing employees
• Introduction and training of new staff
• Maintaining a quality level that complies with the hotel's guidelines
• Responsible for results and reporting
